In Trophy Club, Texas' first entirely planned community, the entire town feels like a gated community. With retail shops on the outskirts and neighborhood and after neighborhood inside, this family-centered area offers a country lifestyle at all price points. D Magazine named Trophy Club the 4th best Dallas-Ft Worth community in 2008 based on safety, education, housing and ambiance/air quality.
With a speed limit of 30 miles per hour in the city limits and no major thoroughfare, it is very kid-friendly and offers 15 miles of planned pathways in the newer developments. Plans for the $96 million Byron Nelson High School are well underway with the new school opening in 2009.
The Trophy Club Country Club, a ClubCorp course, anchors the town. It features two premier 18-hole golf courses and the only course designed by Ben Hogan.
With a population of 7,900 located on 4 square miles, Trophy Club offers a wide range of home prices from the low $100,000s to $1,000,000. Construction of 1500 new homes will build out Trophy Club to Grapevine Lake.
